Crafting superior welding consumables since 2008.
Orange Electrodes Industries is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer with over a decade and a half of hands-on experience in precision welding technology. Our electrodes and flux-cored wires are trusted by industries worldwide — built on a foundation of technical know-how, consistent quality, and a genuine commitment to getting the weld right.
Our Product Range
Welding Electrodes
Our electrode range covers most of what a fabrication shop or maintenance crew will need. Pick the grade based on your base metal and the joint you're working on.
Flux Cored Wires
Flux cored wires for general fabrication through to heavier structural work. Consistent feed, consistent arc, fewer surprises mid-shift.
Mig/Tig Wires
MIG and TIG wires that hold up across different thicknesses and metals. Used in everything from small repair jobs to full production lines.
Strip Cladding
For overlay and surfacing work where you need a durable bonded layer without redoing the whole part. Efficient coverage, solid adhesion.
Saw Flux and Wire
Built for submerged arc welding where deposition rate and arc stability matter more than almost anything else.
Welding Machine
Machines built to take a beating on the shop floor. Precision when you need it, durability when the job runs long.
Industries We Work With
Sugar Plants
Sugar mills run long seasons with heavy equipment under constant load — our consumables are made to keep up.
Transport sector
From vehicle frames to transit infrastructure, welds here need to hold under vibration and stress over years, not months.
Railway Sector
Track work and rolling stock fabrication both demand precision welds that won't fail under repeated load cycles.
Cement Plant
Cement plants are tough on equipment — high heat, abrasive dust, constant operation. We build for that environment.
Earth Moving & Mining Sector
Mining and earth moving gear takes a real beating. Our wires and electrodes are chosen for impact and wear resistance.
Marine Sector
Saltwater corrodes fast. Marine-grade welding needs to resist that, and our products are tested with that in mind.
Power Sector
Power generation infrastructure runs around the clock — downtime is expensive, so the welds need to last.
Steel Sector
Steel fabrication is where consistency really shows. Every batch we ship is checked against the same standard.
Oil & Petrochemical Sector
High-pressure, high-stakes environments where weld integrity isn't optional. We supply accordingly.
Where We Stand Today
Almost three decades in, here’s a snapshot of where that’s gotten us.

FAQS
Find quick answers to common questions about our products, applications, ordering process, and support services.
It's the part that supplies filler metal to the weld. Hook it up to a welding machine and the intense heat melts it, fusing the two metal pieces together into one solid joint.
Look at the base metal first, then the thickness, the welding position, and what conditions the finished part needs to survive. Get those right and the electrode choice usually follows.
A thin metal rod that feeds into the weld. It melts under the arc's heat and joins the two pieces, similar in principle to an electrode but used in different processes.
Flux (often a mix of elements like carbon and manganese) shields the weld pool from the surrounding air. Without it, atmospheric gases would contaminate the weld and weaken it.
No. We supply consumables for steel, aluminum, cast iron, nickel, and a few other metals. Check our product pages if you're not sure which one fits your job.
